Why people keep coming back to this cookbook?

Real food, not a diet

This isn't a meal plan with rules. It's a cookbook: real ingredients, real technique, food you'll actually want to eat again.

Built on what actually works

Blue Zone research backs every category here — the regions where people live the longest, eating like this.

Make the basics taste better

Learn 10 homemade dressings and flavor combinations that give familiar ingredients a whole new place on your plate.

Cook it and share with others

Find dishes for a quiet meal at home or a table full of friends. Enjoy making the food as much as sitting down to eat it.

Why I Made This?

I know how frustrating it feels when your skin is reacting and every answer seems to be another product to buy.

I’ve dealt with rosacea, occasional breakouts, and anxiety. Paying attention to my meals, sleep, stress, and the way I cared for my skin helped me build a routine that felt better for me. I wanted to put what I’ve learned—and what I actually do—into one guide you can come back to.

This book isn't theory I'm handing you. It's what I actually do.

Quick questions

Is this a physical cookbook?

It’s a digital PDF. Download it after purchase and keep it on your phone, tablet, or computer to use while you cook.

Do I need specialty ingredients?

Many recipes use familiar ingredients like eggs, yogurt, vegetables, beans, herbs, and olive oil. Some include specialty ingredients, so take a look at the sample recipes to get a feel for the book.

Are all the recipes quick to make?

There’s a mix. Some bowls, dressings, and snacks need little preparation, while broths, soups, and roasted dishes take longer.

Is the cookbook vegetarian or dairy-free?

No. It includes vegetable dishes alongside recipes with meat, fish, eggs, and dairy. Some recipes offer alternatives, but the collection isn’t designed around one specific dietary restriction.

How is this different from your other ebooks?

Pharmacy Kitchen focuses on cooking: meals, snacks, dressings, and kitchen staples. The Hormonal Acne Reset focuses on skin-related habits and routines, while the Natural Skincare E-Book focuses on DIY topical recipes.
